EMT Group of Companies first venture in the UK was in 1937, by 1957 Eid Mohammed Tahir arrived in the UK at the age of 12 as an economic migrant under the post-war immigration scheme initiated by the UK government. At this stage the foundations for the group to expand internationally were laid.
Having established the first trade corridor between the UK and Pakistan, the EMT Group today has global holdings in Manchester, London, Dubai, Bangkok and Hong Kong. The group has a strong real estate division ranging from hotels, executive HMOs, industrial, commercial and residential holdings. The EMT group also comprises of Trading, Consultancy, Tech and Investment Companies.
